The variant catalog displays all products and variants synced from your Shopify store. Access the catalog by clicking “Variants” on the top menu.

In this screen you can:

  • Trigger a variant sync to refresh the list with any products added or updated in Shopify since the last sync

  • Configure which variants can be purchased in Inventory Planner

  • Assign vendors and vendor attributes such as cost prices and MOQs

Triggering a variant sync

Products are automatically synced from Shopify overnight. However, if you have added new products since the last sync, or have made updates that you wish to see in Inventory Planner, you can trigger a sync on demand by clicking the "Sync variants" button at the bottom of the variant catalog.

A sync usually takes a few minutes, depending on the size of your product catalog. While a sync is in progress the action button is disabled.
